Admissions Policy

Our venues operate a challenge 25 policy, thus meaning that anyone believed to be under the age of 25 shall be required to present identification bearing the PASS hologram upon entry or request of service (Passport, Drivers Licence or Citizen Card), failure to produce these documents when requested will result in refusal and/or ejection from the premises. Our venues participate in the ‘Ask For Angela’ scheme. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any customer for any reason without prior notice.

Drugs Policy

The use, distribution, possession of drugs or illegal substances in our venues is strictly forbidden. Mandatory searches for substances or weapons may be in operation and a condition of entry to the premises where appropriate. Any of these previous mentioned items will be confiscated and stored securely until collected by the local Police Authority. Anyone caught in possession will be banned and reported where necessary.

CCTV Policy

CCTV cameras operate in our venues 24hrs a day. Images are monitored and recorded for the purpose of crime prevention, anti-social behaviour and for the safety of our staff, customers and property. All images are stored inline with the Data Protection Act 1998 or any subsequent replacement legislation.

Medical Warnings

Our venues use flashing lights and effects, that may trigger seizures for those who suffer with photosensitive epilepsy. Smoke and Haze effects are used in our venues and may affect those with breathing difficulties. In addition, loud music exceeding 90dbl may effect those with hearing impairments.  Please consult a medical professional for the most accurate advice before entering our venues.
